Featured Volunteer Opportunities
• Pope’s Kids Place is seeking individuals to assist our event coordinator on the day of its annual Concert on the Green event. Volunteer activities would include putting up posters, selling tickets and helping with organization and administration.
• Volunteers are needed for the Possibilities Pregnancy Center Earn While You Learn Program. Volunteers provide support and education during a woman’s pregnancy and teach from a lesson plan that includes DVDs and worksheets to help women and men understand what to expect in their pregnancy and beyond.
• Get moving with Volunteer Chore Services. Burn some calories and flex those muscles helping low-income seniors or disabled adults without family, friends or resources to move to a home better suited for their needs. Individual and volunteer groups are needed to help load and unload for cross town moves.
