Bloodworks Northwest is in need of donors to fill appointment slots at its pop-up blood donor center at the Lewis County Mall on Tuesday and Wednesday.
“With less than a 24-hour supply of blood on hand for hospitals of certain blood types, more donors are needed to make and keep their appointments this month,” said Bloodworks in a news release.
“This shortage has left our community’s blood supply at critical levels, risking the inability to meet patient needs.”
