ABERDEEN — Four Lady Blazers scored in double figures, and Centralia used a big first quarter to put away Grays Harbor, 65-45, here Saturday in NWAC West Region women’s basketball action.
Alisha Sorensen led the way with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Susan Kenney added 14 points and 11 boards with a pair of steals and four assists.
Sydnie Cole-Vogler scored 11 with six boards and three steals, while Monty Cooper scored 13.
Centralia led 20-9 after a quarter, and held Aberdeen to 9 points in the third to extend its 8-point halftime advantage.
Kennedy Wharton led Grays Harbor with 19 points.
Centralia (15-7, 6-1 league) hosts Highline on Saturday.
