CC Men: Trailblazer Offense Hums in Win Over Grays Harbor

ABERDEEN — Joshua Broughton and Josiah Warner had huge games, and Centralia was on fire here Saturday in a 98-88 NWAC West Region win over Grays Harbor.

Broughton went 9 of 16 from the field and 12 of 13 at the foul line for 30 points, with 12 rebounds, while Warner was 5 of 6 from long range for 25 points.

Centralia outscored the Chokers 54-42 in the second half, and shot a solid 9 of 15 from 3-point land in the win.



Brayton Keith hit a trio of 3-pointer and scored 14 points, and Khaleef Griffin added 11 points. The Blazers shot 33 of 38 (87 percent) from the foul stripe.

Grays Harbor had six players in double figures, led by 19 from Bryce Demecilio. Jacob Rainey III added 16, Malik Redmond tallied 15, Kodi Leslie added 11 and Marcei Hale and Darius Watson each scored 10.

Centralia (2-16, 2-5 league) will host Highline on Saturday.
