2B State Volleyball: MWP Sees Season End to NW Christian

The Timberwolves volleyball schedule stretched into the final day of the season but Morton-White Pass wound up one win shy of placing in the 2B volleyball state tournament. Playing in the 8 a.m. game here on Friday MWP fell 3-1 to Northwest Christian (Colbert).

The T-Wolves took a 1-0 advantage to start the match off with a 25-22 win in game one but then dropped three straight sets by scores of 25-15, 25-7 and 25-14 to closer out their season.



Earlier in the tournament MWP swept Auburn Adventist 3-0 and then lost 3-2 to LIberty (Spangle) MWP finished their season with an overall record of 13-9. NW Christian defeated Wahkiakum 3-1 later in the day to claim 7th place in state.
