CC Men: Blazer Men Fall to Rival Red Devils

Four Red Devils scored in double figures, and Lower Columbia picked up a 64-49 win over Centralia College on Wednesday in NWAC West Region men's basketball action at Michael Smith Gymnasium in the Hub City.

Ryan Lee led the way for Lower Columbia, scoring 22 points on 10 of 19 shooting from the floor with 10 rebounds.

Lower Columbia led 29-23 after a first half in which it went 2 of 14 (14 percent) from behind the 3-point arc, but bumped that figure up to 38 percent (3 of 8) in a second-half that saw the Red Devils outscore Centralia 35-26.



Calvin Edwards led Centralia with 16 points and 11 rebounds, going 7 of 14 from the floor. Payton Fullmer came off the bench to add 11 points.

Jeremy Burright and Taylor Drey each added 12 for Lower Columbia (18-10, 10-5 league), while Michael Dupree chipped in 10.

Centralia (3-23, 2-13 league) will play at Green River on Saturday, with a 5 p.m. tipoff.
