Sirens: Arrest After Physical Family Dispute on Christmas; Threat With Knife

Parole Violation

• Tawni L. Diaz-Deleon, 40, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail at 7:35 a.m. Friday for allegedly violating her Safe and Sober probation violation.

 

Obstructing Public Servant                    

• Scott J. Johnson, 20, of Centralia, was issued a summons to appear in court for allegedly making a false statement to a public servant Friday. Johnson allegedly lied to officers about the location of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was located at Johnson’s residence and booked into Lewis County Juvenile Detention on her warrant.

 

Tools Stolen in Burglary                                  

• Multiple hand tools were reported stolen in a burglary to a house that was being remodeled in the 500 block of South King Street in Centralia. The burglary was reported at 8:46 a.m. Friday. 

 

RV Batteries Stolen                       

• RV batteries were reported stolen from a travel trailer in the 900 block of L Street in Centralia at 10 a.m. Friday.

 

Criminal Trespassing

• Dale W. Douglas, 46, of Centralia, was cited and released for first-degree criminal trespassing after he allegedly entered a residence he had been evicted from in the 400 block of South Buckner Street in Centralia at about 11:52 a.m. Friday.

 

Felony Warrant Arrest              

• Shannon K. Kilgore, 49, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on an outstanding felony warrant issued out of Lewis County Superior Court. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Buckner Street in Centralia at about 12:22 p.m. Friday. 

 

Burglary Charge After Knife Threat 

• Nigel C. Christian, 19, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for first-degree burglary after he allegedly entered a house he was restrained from by a court order and threatened the victim with a knife. The arrest occurred at about 1:28 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Pine Street in Centralia. 

 

Arrest for Hit and Run

• Noah C. Tornow, 25, of Centralia, was arrested and released for hit and run after he was located by police shortly after allegedly causing a collision with another vehicle and then fleeing the scene. The arrest occurred at about 4:30 p.m. Friday after the crash at the intersection of First and N streets in Centralia. 

 

Summons Issued for Warrant

• Jamie R. Anderson, 32, of Centralia was issued a summons to appear on an outstanding Centralia Municipal Court warrant at about 4:45 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of West Maple Street in Centralia. 

 

Warrant Arrest                 

• Jeffery L. Neely, 56, of Chehalis, was booked into the Lewis County Jail on an outstanding Centralia Municipal Court warrant after being contact by police in Chehalis. The arrest was made at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday. 

 

Concealed Weapon Violation                    

• Romulo Yanez Jr., 37, of Centralia was arrested and released for allegedly carrying a concealed pistol without a license at about 2:42 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Main and South Silver streets.

 

Laptop, Video Game Console Stolen in Vehicle Prowl 

• A laptop computer and a video game console were reported stolen out of a vehicle at about 11:50 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West High Street in Centralia.

 

Tools Stolen 

• A burglary to a shop was reported in the 300 block of Linda Lane in Centralia at about 12:28 p.m. Saturday. Multiple hand tools were reported stolen.

 

Broken Window

• A window to a building was reported broken in the 2000 block of Borst Avenue in Centralia at about 1:57 p.m. Saturday. 

 

Shoplifter Flees Without Paying

• Nathaniel J. Spalding, 20, of Rochester, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for shoplifting after he allegedly loaded a shopping cart with items from a retail store and fled the store without paying in the 100 block of West High Street. Officers located him in the parking lot of the store, arrested him and recovered the stolen items. The arrest occurred at about 2 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West High Street. 

 

Warrant Arrest

  Lonny D. Clevenger, 27 of Centralia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at about 1:22 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Walnut and Hemlock in Centralia.

 

Crash on Main Street

• Police investigated a non-injury crash at the intersection of Pearl and Main streets at about 10:16 a.m. Sunday. 

Organized Retail Theft

• Thea M. Smith, 37, of Tacoma, was arrested for alleged felony organized retail theft at about 2:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Lum Road in Centralia. Smith was booked into the Lewis County Jail.

 

Cellphone Taken in Vehicle Prowl

• A cellphone was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South King Street at about 2:49 p.m. Sunday. This case is still under investigation.

 

Stolen Subaru

• A blue 2002 Subaru Outback was stolen sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Saturday.  This case is still under investigation. The theft was reported at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia. 

 

Hit and Run, DUI Arrest

• Mitchell W. Sinclair, 49, a transient, was arrested for hit and run and second-degree driving with a suspended license after a crash in the 1400 block of Mellen Street at about 7:43 p.m. Sunday. Sinclair allegedly fled the scene of a collision after striking an SUV with a family of five.  Sinclair then crashed his truck into a ditch in the 1700 block of Airport Road. The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office also arrested Sinclair for allegedly driving under the influence. Sinclair was booked into the Lewis County Jail.

 

Warrant Arrest 

• Courtney L. Sturdevant, 26, of Chehalis, was arrested and booked for an outstanding felony warrant at about 8:40 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Belmont Avenue in Centralia. 

 

Arrest After Physical Family Dispute on Christmas

  Bibiana Martinez-Torres, 31, of Olympia, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, after an incident in the 1500 block of North Scheuber Road in Centralia at about 7:04 p.m. Monday. The investigation revealed Martinez-Torres to be the primary aggressor in a physical family dispute.  Martinez-Torres was transported to the Lewis County Jail where she was booked.

 

Cash Collection Device Stolen 

• The cash collection device on a vending machine was stolen at a business in the 1500 block of Kresky Avenue in Centralia. The incident was caught on surveillance video. The involved vehicle has been identified and an attempt to locate has been put out on the vehicle. This case is still under investigation. The theft was reported at 7:25 p.m. Monday. 

 

Violation of Protection Order, Obstruction Lead to Arrests

• Darren L. Fullerton, 51, a transient, was arrested for allegedly violating a domestic violence no contact order at about 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of West Main Street. Pablo Enrique-Martinez, 23, also a transient, was arrested for allegedly obstructing a law enforcement officer during this incident. Both Fullerton and Enrique-Martinez were transported to the Lewis County Jail where they were booked.

 

Driving With Suspended License 

• Erick D. Teichman-Lehrer, 36, a transient, was arrested and released for third degree driving with a suspended license at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia.
