    Lewis County Superior Court case dispositions include dismissals, acquittals (finding of not guilty) or convictions (from finding of guilty or pleading guilty):

    Held Sept. 16

    • Joseph W. Woolf, 54, Chehalis, first-degree theft, fined $800, $234,864 restitution, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 12 months community custody.

    Held Sept. 17

    • Jerry Lee Bostwick, 37, Chehalis, second-degree attempted perjury, fined $1,790, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 suspended.

    • Jake Robert Leo Differding, 32, Pasco, third-degree assault, fined $2,241, 12 months community custody.

    • Rafael Gutierez Meza, 38, Winlock, three counts unlawful possession of a firearm, dismissed without prejudice.

    Held Sept. 18

    • Patrick Michael Gish III, 20, Centralia, first-degree theft, fined $2,200, sentenced to 6 months in jail.

    • Jeffrey Allen Church, 34, Silver Creek, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), fined $3,800, sentenced to 6 months 1 day in jail, 12 months community custody.

    • Araia Launa Pieti, 23, Union Gap, second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, fined $1,200, sentenced to 19 days in jail.

    • Lisa Anne Baumer, 50, Chehalis, second-degree assault (domestic violence), fined $2,300, sentenced to 8 months in jail, 12 months community custody.

    Held Sept. 23

    • Mary Katherine Hill, 28, Centralia, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), fined $3,000, sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months community custody.

    • Julie Marie White, 43, Mossyrock, second-degree theft, fined $1,600, sentenced to 14 days in jail.

    • Shannon Thomas Rennings, 50, Bellingham, two counts first-degree attempted child molestation, fined $1,922, sentenced to 66.75 months in prison on both counts, to run concurrently.

    • Andrew Melvin Conklin, 41, Chehalis, second-degree child molestation, third-degree child molestation, two counts luring with sexual motivation, fined $2,305, sentenced to 120 months in prison on count one, 60 months in prison on count two, 12 months in prison on counts three and four, community custody.

    Held Sept. 24

    • Caleb Jeffrey Donath, 21, Centralia, two counts second-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, dismissed without prejudice on all counts.

    Held Sept. 25

    • Amanda Lee Bassell, 20, Centralia, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, third-degree assault, fined $4,500, sentenced to 67 days in jail on count one, 17 months in jail on count two, to run concurrently.

    • Sarah Ann Jacobi, 28, Packwood, second-degree theft, fined $1,200, sentenced to 30 days in jail, 12 months community custody.

    • Jeffery John Charles, 33, Centralia, second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, fined $3,331, sentenced to 3 months prison.

    • Jessica Anne Rauch, 26, Centralia, three counts first-degree trafficking in stolen property, first degree theft, fined $5,530, sentenced to 13 months in prison on count one, sentenced to 12 months in jail for counts two and four, sentenced to 15 months in prison on count three, to run concurrently.

    • Joseph Lee Nickols, 27, Chehalis, unlawful imprisonment, interfering with domestic violence reporting, dismissed without prejudice on all counts.

    • Robert Melvane Ely Donyes, 24, Chehalis, first-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, fined $5,565, $100 restitution, sentenced to 9 months in jail on counts one and two, sentenced to 3 months in jail on count three, to run concurrently.
