• Ashley Nicole Lord, 23, Centralia, (1) fourth-degree assault, (2) second-degree criminal trespassing, both counts dismissed with prejudice.
• Paul Alan Momerak, 52, Lynnwood, violation of no contact/protection order, sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 suspended, fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, $15 in fees.
• Hosein A. Reslmn, 32, Happy Valley, Oregon, first-degree negligent driving, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 suspended, fined $800 with $400 suspended, $528 in fees.
• Cassandra Raeann Sines, 28, Rochester, use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed with prejudice.
