Heaven is a Real Place

Ever think about what heaven might be like? All right now, I know what some of you are thinking. Nevertheless, check this out. It only takes a minute. Then see what you think.

I’ve recently been told there is no heaven. No kidding! And some of you might agree, but I’ve been told there is and have believed this all my life. Like you, we have never been there but I’m a firm believer there is such a place.

If there isn’t, then can all those believers or Christians that number in the millions, more like billions that have gone on before us, be wrong in their way of thinking? Something to think about here is you’re breathing as you read this, right?

As simple as a task that seems to be, do you think you could do that on the moon or anywhere else in the universe for that matter, in just what you are wearing right now? No way! As a matter of fact, you would only last as long as you can hold your breath. After that, it’s ‘sayonara!’ Let me tell you, that’s not much to look forward to. Do I have a high five on that?

So what are we looking at here? For starters, this Earth of ours is the perfect place for us in our universe, and can you imagine for a moment that it was designed and created specifically for you, my friend? It was, for you and me and everyone else who inhabits this planet.

And do I dare go a step farther by mentioning that all mankind, and our forefathers, were created too. Any idea by who or what? Whoa! Hard to digest? Hold on, there’s a little more and becomes even more interesting and involves you. Imagine that!

Yep, this Earth and mankind was created by, some say, “the man upstairs,” in short, God. Not only that, he created heaven long before the Earth and for what purpose? You, my friend!

Yes, you and me and everyone else who believes in the son of God, Jesus. That’s the ticket. He knows you, is in heaven right now and beckons you to join him. For ‘heaven’s sake,’ my friend, don’t turn your back on him.

When you someday take your last breath here on Earth wherever you are, it’s like passing through a doorway into the next room and greeted by a host of loved ones who have been awaiting your “homecoming” with open arms.

Is that hard to take? I’ve been told it’s a better place to be than here and your life here is nothing more than a shadow compared to what it will be like in heaven. And I’m looking forward to that. How about you? It’s very possible, you know, and my friends and I would love seeing you there too. It’s as good a place as any to get acquainted!

Questioning Treatment of Cancer in U.S.

“CANCER.” This is one of the most despicable, insidious words in the English language, in my opinion. It has been around for eons with little signs of abatement. How many have been touched by this terrible disease? It seems that nearly all of us have been at one time or another. My wife, mother, father and sister were all afflicted by cancer — so I have strong feelings and thoughts about the current “cures” the public is subjected to.

The “good ol’” American treatment is to “sock it to ’em” with doses of radiation and chemotherapy. In many cases the side effects can be horrendous, making the quality of life miserable. Recently a close friend of mine underwent chemo and radiation. After only two treatments he said “No more, I would rather die.” He died two months later.

I see a huge problem with medical research in this country. Money and politics are in control. Government, the FDA and AMA are apparently tied together to control research! Why would they want a cure to a multi-billion dollar a year income — no way!

Several years ago I met a man who spent 15 years working for a pharmaceutical company. He told me he would like to write a book about what was going on but knew he couldn’t as this would put his life and his family’s life in jeopardy. His wife, a family physician, nodded in agreement.

Many European and Asian countries are researching cures and having success. It is claimed by some that when President Reagan was in office he underwent a cancer “cure” in Germany. We may see a cure come from a country other than ours.

There are many alternative therapies being researched that have a profound effect on cancer cells but do not result in life-altering side effects and yet have proven successful. Why aren’t we hearing more about these? Could it be because they are inexpensive and provide no huge financial benefit to the big pharma?

An organization to take note of is Bastyr Integrative Oncology Research Center in Seattle. They practice alternative treatments that are far more successful than standard procedures.

I have listed a few books that discuss some alternative methods for treating cancer. Check them out — they may make a difference in your life?

(1) Cancer – Reversing Protocol, by Dr. Mark Stengler. (2) The One-Minute Cure, by Madison Cavanaugh. (3) Tomorrow’s Cancer Cures Today, by Dr. Allan Spreen. (4) The Oxygen Prescription — The Miracle of Oxidative Therapies, by Nathaniel Altman.
