Fourteen of the last 16 record storms/floods on the Chehalis River occurred when spots on the face of the sun reached a minimum, as is now the case. Zero spots/storms mostly happen in 11-year cycles as in 1996 and 2007 (Dec. 3) and likely now in 2018-19 winter.
Sun heat is now in decline in total solar irradiance until 2060; this increases the instability of the climate and makes it more likely that a big storm/flood would be 10 percent to 25 percent worse than in 2007. If so, damage now in Washington state could go over $1 billion. If you have livestock along the river, common sense says arrange to move them, upon any warning, 10 feet higher than flood levels in 2007.
Carbon dioxide doesn’t cause global warming. Sun radiant heat, TSI, varies in a about a 200-year cycle about 0.5 of a percent from maximum TSI of 1,366 Watts per square meter of projected Earth area in 1990 to a mini-ice-age minimum TSI in about 2060 AD (maximum cold).
Sometime after 2060, the sun TSI will start to increase again; the sun will warm up as will the Earth and sister planets. Carbon dioxide never increases before Earth/oceans warm up per 800,000 years of Antarctic ice cores.
Carbon dioxide in air increases by evaporation. Ocean carbon dioxide comes mainly from volcanoes and hot springs in ocean depths where Earth crustal plates pull apart. Carbon dioxide emitted from hot springs and volcanoes is absorbed instantly in the cold, unsaturated ocean water. One hot spring can emit more carbon dioxide than a 1,000 megawatt coal-fired power plant; there are tens of thousands of these hot springs.
Only the sun drives global warming/cooling, not carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide global warming is a fraud, a lie. Ergo, carbon dioxide taxes punish innocent citizens for no reason; it takes their money and wastes it on socialist offal. Carbon dioxide taxes reduce economic GDP; prices skyrocket, and folks won’t have fuel money for home heating or driving to work. This kills poor folks in a mini ice age.
The U.S. national debt is $21 trillion and counting. The U.N. planned to stick the U.S. with $3-plus trillion more debt so Barack Obama plus UNFCCC head Christiana Figueres could bankrupt us, cause a panic and drive us into socialism with the Paris Climate Accord. Hillary Clinton/progressives support the PCA. Fortunately for the U.S., Trump doesn’t.
U.N. Climate Chief Patricia Espinosa is still trying to drive the U.S. into socialism. U.S. progressives agree. Espinosa says, “We require deep transformations of our economies and societies” (to socialism). She can’t require anything.
George Washington and the founding fathers did a wonderful, effective job in establishing our nation and Constitution; no changes needed. The Fathers understood many different government structures, history and proclivities of men. We would do well to keep what we have, keep our God Almighty (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and stay away from idols, false gods and socialists.
The Bible Book of Romans makes it clear: Kings picked from among men (like Xi, Putin, Saud, Erdogan) will always fail and the people will suffer.
