Wayne is survived by his mother, May Parkin; wife, Sandy Wilson; and stepsons, Chad and Chris Wilson.

A celebration of life will be held Sept. 19, 2015, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Capital Event Center, 6005 Tyee Dr. SW, Tumwater, WA 98512.
