Valerie N. (Park) Jungmayer

Valerie N. (Park) Jungmayer, 86, started a new journey, March 26, 2018, at her home with her family.

She was a lifetime resident of Bucoda, graduating from Centralia High School in 1952. Valerie was a major Seahawks and Cowboys fan, she also enjoyed the outdoors, loving the beach most of all. Christmas was her special time of year. She loved her family and the home life that she had built.

Valarie was a charter member of the Skookumchuck Mud Daubers four wheel drive club and a member of the Pacific Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association and also the Turtle Club.

She is survived by her husband, Martin, for more than 63 years; children, Carl and wife, Amy Jungmayer of Shelton, Lora Ann Jungmayer  of Tenino and Darren Jungmayer of Bucoda; grandchildren, Amanda Jungmayer of Bucoda, Jay and fiancé, Jean Jungmayer of Everett and Bo and wife, Sydnee Jungmayer of Mill Creek; two great-grandchildren, Rylee and Mya and one on the way; sister, Christine Stephenson of Olympia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Venva (Morsbach) Park; and sisters, Yvonne Park, Anita Milbourn and Jeri Massey.

A celebration of life will be held from 1 p.m., to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Bucoda Community Center.
