Paul Dennis Larsen was born in Renton, Wash. He passed away at Morton General Hospital after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s.

Paul graduated from Issaquah High School in 1966. He was a United States Air Force veteran.

He was a truck driver for most of his life, driving for various companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Safeway, Consolidated Freight, CTI National Foods, Mac West and Packwood Lumber.

Paul was also a certified pilot. While living in Texas for two years, he was proud to have been the pilot to fly the Governor around.

He settled in Packwood and loved the area and all it had to offer, snowmobiling, skiing, motorcycle riding, hiking and just all the peaceful beauty that surrounded him.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and Donald Larsen.

He is survived by his brother, Keith; sister-in-law, Connie; and nephew, Randle.

A memorial potluck celebration of Paul’s life will be held from 12 to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Packwood Community Center, 12935 US Hwy 12, Packwood, Wash.
