Michael Elmer Field, 62, went to be with his Lord Friday, March 31, 2017, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Tacoma, Wash. He was born Nov. 22, 1954.
Mike was raised in Centralia. He was a proud graduate of Centralia High School in 1972, and St. Martin's College in 1981. He loved coaching his son's youth baseball teams, working in his yard and relished in his long morning walks in Fircrest.
He leaves his wife of 30 years, Patricia Field; son, Kevin Field; mother, Roberta Jean Field; sister, Mardi (Dennis) Lynch; along with many loving family members and dear friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Field.
His family would like to express their gratitude to the entire staff at St. Joseph Medical Center for their wonderful care.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2017, at Mount Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8902 40th St. W., University Place, WA 98466.
