Michael Barry Sartain

Michael Barry Sartain passed away Aug. 18, 2019 in Riverton, Wyoming. He was born March 30, 1950, in Coulee Dam, Wash.

Michael graduated from Centralia High School in 1969, and was also a graduate of Washington State College. He loved the outdoors, worked in Alaska for 10 years and was an avid hunter and fisherman in Washington and Wyoming. Upon moving to Riverton, Michael owned and operated The Cedar Bar for 30 years. His happy and grumpy laugh and friendliness were known to everyone. Michael loved his Harley and old pick-up truck.

He is survived by his brother, Duane Sartain (Peggy) of Las Vegas, Nev., formally of Adna,

Wash.; and many loved nieces and nephews, who hated his bushy beard; as well as long time friends, Mike Helling, Brian Thompson, Tony Riccardo and Sam McReynolds of Centralia and Chehalis.

Mike is now with his brother, Kelly; sisters, Marie and Sharon; and parents, Elwin and Frances.

A celebration of Life was held at The Cedar Bar in Riverton, Wyo. Family services will be held at a later date in Lewiston, Idaho.  He will be missed GREATLY by all. Good hunting, brother.
