It is with deep sorrow that we convey the passing of our loved one, Lance "Lanny" Wilson Sept. 13, 2018.
He was born in Seattle, Wash., Jan. 22, 1946, to Herschel and Louise Wilson, who precedes him in death; as well as two grandchildren, Jessicah and Janelle Goodwin.
Lanny is a graduate of Morton High School, class of 1964. He worked for Milwaukee Railroad and Burlington Northern Railroad for many years as a brakeman conductor. Lanny also worked for Dan Sandy Logging for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Wilson (Runyon) of 53 years; four children, Lana (Scott) Zahn, Lisa (Ken) Emerson, Alisha Wilson and Brian Wilson; 6 grandchildren, Kendra (Ryan) West, Kelli Emerson, Kimber Emerson, Cameron Pak, Taylor Pak and Bailey Wilson; two step-grandchildren, Josh Zahn and Tawnie Lasby; one great-grandson, Ryder West; sister, Connie (Mike) Olson; two brothers-in-law, David and Jerry Runyon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph Church in Chehalis.
