Kaylyne Nicole Gerrits, 21, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 17, 2018, at home in Napavine.
She went to Napavine schools through eighth grade, then attended W. F. West High School and graduated from Insight School of Washington. Kaylyne went on to Charter College in Vancouver, where she received her dental assistant degree, graduating with honors. She made herself and everyone else proud of this accomplishment.
The family would like to acknowledge her work families from Forest Grange, Napavine McDonalds and Valley View Dental in Morton. Kaylyne looked up to all of you and always talked about the lasting friendships she had made and was always telling us her stories from work. She truly loved you all!!!
Kaylyne leaves behind her parents, Kenith and Vickie Gerrits; brother and sister-in-law, Kristopher and Marissa Gerrits; grandparents, Ray and Eileen Pinion; aunts, Wendy Pinion (Kerrie) and Mindy Crosby; uncles, Wesley Pinion, Travis Tash and Jesse Crosby; cousins, Dalten, Cody and Breanna Crosby, Stasha and Ethan Pinion and Lindsey and Landon Pinion; in addition to numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and her dog, Charlie.
She was preceded in death by her loving dog, Coco; grandma Peggy Gerrits; great-grandparents, Lawrence and Rosa Roe and John and Arlene Gerrits; and great-aunt, Marge Sherrill.
All are welcome to attend a celebration of Kaylyne’s life at 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018, at the Forest Grange, 3397 Jackson Hwy., Chehalis, WA 98532.
