Kathy Evelyn Wills (Payne)

Kathy was born the youngest of three daughters to Kenneth and Ruth Payne (Turya), March 19, 1951 in Centralia, Washington. On Feb. 3, 2016, she lost her short, but courageous battle with cancer. Kathy was 64 years old.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Darla Jeanne Lewis (Jerry); and her best friend and fiancé, John McQueeny.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Marie Wills; granddaughter, Kalei Alani Kathryn Ka-ana-ana; son-in-law, Kalei` Ka-ana-ana of Pearl City, Hawaii; sister, Penny Workman (John) of Mossyrock; nieces Mary West of Chehalis, Brenda Lincecum (Randy) of Toledo, Cassandra Anderson (Glenn) of Adna.

Kathy lived her whole life in Centralia, Washington. She graduated from Centralia High School in 1969. Kathy worked for Bank Check Supply until they closed. Then, she worked for LGH Residential Services until she became ill.

Kathy loved to read. She was an avid Seahawks and Husky fan. Kathy also loved and contributed to Wolf Haven.

Her family will all miss her cookies, macaroni salad, "Kathy Burgers" and her yeast flavored popcorn. We will all miss her sense of humor and great smile.

The family would like to thank all of the second floor nurses at Providence Hospital, for making her comfortable and  Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where she passed, especially Mariah Morrison.

There will be a spaghetti feed, pool tournament and silent auction at the Tower Tavern, Feb. 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. to help with funeral expenses.

There will be a celebration of life service at the Oakview Grange, Saturday, March 19, 2016, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please come to enjoy Kathy's life.
