Jennica (Fine) Howell, 30, a former resident of Rochester Wash., passed away in her home last week, Feb. 13, 2019.

She graduated from Rochester High School, where she enjoyed playing the clarinet in band. After graduation, Jennica attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Ore., and had various jobs as a baker and cashier.

She married the love of her life, Curtis Howell in 2015, and they have two adorable sons, Colton (two years old) and Waylon (seven months old). Along with her dear family, she is also survived by her parents, Jim and Debbie Fine from Castle Rock, Wash.; sister, Joelle Fine from Vancouver, Wash.; brother, Jesse Fine of Shelton, Wash.; and grandmothers, Beth McElwain from Madris, Ore., and Betty Fine from Rochester.

Jennica will be greatly missed. She loved her babies and was a great light in our lives. Jennica enjoyed painting rocks, music, baking and dates with her husband.

The family is asking that in memory of Jennica, please consider reaching out to a cause supporting help for mental illness and/or opioid addiction.

Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb 23, 2019, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2884 North Pacific Avenue, Kelso, Wash.
