Jean Delores (LaChine) Mullins

Jean Mullins, 89, of Onalaska, Wash., passed away to be with the Lord April 20, 2016, at Morton General Hospital. She was born April 29, 1926 in Saint Urban, Wash.

She is survived by a son, Dwight Mullins of Eureka, Calif.; daughter, Lynn Hamilton of Onalaska, Wash.; brothers, Joseph LaChine, George LaChine and Jim LaChine, all of Randle, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Anthony Mullins of Kent, Wash., Lori Anne Stocker of Lake Tapps, Wash., Timothy Mullins of Bonney Lake, Wash., Deena Wright of Eureka, Calif., Darla Granger of Roseville, Calif., Daman Mullins of Eureka, Calif. and Serenity Hamilton of Onalaska, Wash.; 14 great-grandchildren; and a large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Lundy Mullins; and son, Eugene Mullins.

Jean is best known locally for working with her daughter for 10 years on the little newspaper, the Chatter Box.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Napavine Assembly of God Church, with luncheon to follow. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., at Doss Cemetery in Mossyrock, Wash.
