Ila Zoren Pen

Ila Zoren Pen, 67, passed away of cancer June 11, 2018, in Chehalis, Wash.  She was born Aug. 10, 1950, to Henry C. and Faye D. (Kilborn) Elliott in Aberdeen, Wash.  Ila lived in Centralia, Wash., for more than 40 years.

She married Kenneth Marshal Pen January 1968, in the Centralia Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Ila was a homemaker, enjoyed entertaining guests and being around friends and family. She always set aside time to help others. Ila enjoyed hiking, fishing, camping, traveling and riding Harleys. She also loved her dogs. Ila was a member of the Winlock Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Troy S. Pen, Chad T. Pen and Nathan M. Pen; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Roy Elliott, Mike Elliott, Emery Elliott and Melvin Elliott; and sisters, Faye M. Palmer, Debra Reed, Deloris Gerard and Bonnie Allee.  

Ila was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth M. Pen; father, Henry C. Elliott; mother, Faye D. Elliott; and brother, Marvin Elliott.

A memorial service is pending through the Winlock Seventh-day Adventist Church.
