Harland was born Dec. 1, 1943, in Seattle, Wash. He passed away at his home in Chehalis Oct. 19, 2018.
A celebration of life open house will be held Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., in the Hawthorne Reception Room.
