Gerri (Evans) Bowen, 79, was born May 23,1939, in Seattle, Wash., to Chet and Etta Ketzenberg.
Camping, berry picking and gardening were some of Gerri’s favorite activities. She worked hard all of her life, pulling green chain, Weyerhaeuser seed orchard and caregiving for Catholic Community Servces. For fun, she loved a great garage sale.
Gerri is lovingly remembered by her children, Lloyd, Duane (Tanda) and Debbie (Jim Knesal) Evans; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and lots of extended family. Also surviving her are her brothers, Bert and Darrel; and very special sister, Linda; as well as her four-legged fur baby, June.
Mom is pain free and “home” with the Lord, her mother, Cuddles and Simon. Heaven gained another angel.
