Dorothy Ann Phillips, known to all as Dot, received her angel wings Nov. 17, 2015 at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington.
She was dearly loved by her parents, Faye and Eddie Bange and Isaac and Lillian Hill; sons, Steve (Beckie) Knee, Tom (Wendy) Knee and Dave (Gena) Knee; daughter, Shelly Smith; special sister, Bonnie Dickinson; brothers, Mick Bange, Eddie Bange and Billy Bange; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She gained many friends working at Providence Hospital as a lab technician, caregiver and an EMT for District 5. We will all miss our dear Dot. May she be at peace on the beach reading a book, needle pointing, coloring and putting a puzzle together.
A celebration of life will be held at Napavine IOOF Hall, Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
