April Amanda (Aragon) Kohl, passed away Oct. 15, 2018, at the age of 28. April moved from California to Washington in 1996, where she attended Winlock High School. After graduating, she worked at Stanley’s Gas Station where she met Thomas Kohl. After dating for a couple of years, they married in 2015.

April was always happy and tried to make people smile, even strangers that had grumpy  looks. She had many close friends that loved her very much. April moved to Twisp, Wash., to be closer to the outdoors. She loved fishing, camping, hiking and kayaking.

She leaves behind her husband, Thomas Kohl; parents, Lisa Coward-Godbey; stepfather, Darren; father, Randal Aragon; her very much loved sister, Miranda (John) Duffin; brother, Brandon Andrews; nieces, Danielle Mae and Joslyn Nicole; and baby cousin, John Duffin Jr.; great-aunt, Debbie; and many cousins.

April was preceded in death by her much beloved grandmother, Becky Coward; uncle, Tom Coward; grandparents, Mary and Raul Aragon; and great-grandmother, Edith Mae Michie.

A potluck celebration of life will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, from 1 to 5 p.m., at 2755 Highway 603, Winlock. Arrangements are under the care of Cattermole Funeral Home, Winlock.
