The real estate market in Lewis County remained on steady footing in November even though it was not as active as it was during the summer months.
According to numbers released by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, 85 new homes and condos were listed in November, bringing the total to 319 active listings. The median listing price was $249,000.
The number of listings is similar to last year with 80 new listing entering the market in November. However, the median listing price has increased from $189,250.
The number of homes and condos closed in November was 112, bringing the year to 1,126 homes and condos closed. The median sale price in November was $219,375, which is up from $167,450 in November 2016.
Pending sales were down in November 2017 with 101 compared to 111 in November 2016. However, the median price of pending sales this year was $219,900 compared to $169,900 in November 2016.
