‘DNA and Genealogy’ Is Topic of DAR Program

The program is at 9:30 a.m. today at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 2190 Jackson Highway, Chehalis.

Kozy will address types and uses of DNA tests in genealogy. She will clarify choosing which test to take, who is best to test, and what to do with the results. She will give a handout to go along with her PowerPoint presentation. A question and answer time will follow.

Kozy make presentations around the state at genealogy societies and conferences. She is a representative on the board of the Washington State Genealogical Society, coordinator for four GenWeb pages, and volunteer for the Puget Sound Regional Archives and Secretary of State Digital Archives.
