Centralia College is presenting The Filharmonic for its annual President's Scholarship Concert, to be held at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 5, at the college’s Corbet Theatre.
With Los Angeles as home base, The Filharmonic is a group of Filipino-American youngsters who were featured in NBC's hit musical competition, "The Sing-Off,” making the semifinals.
They finished the first "Sing-Off" national tour, sharing the stage with Linkin Park, Black Eyed Peas and Pentatonix, then were part of the movie "Pitch Perfect 2."
They are currently touring the world, sharing their talent at colleges.
