After diverting narcotics from patients at a nursing and rehabilitation center, a Lewis County nurse will need to re-enter into a substance abuse monitoring program.

According to a Washington State Department of Health press release, the Nursing Commission entered into an agreement with licensed practical nurse Meghan Rose Miller in June 2015, requiring her to re-enter the program.

Miller did not comply with a previous substance abuse monitoring contract, stated the release.
