Sirens: Drug Possession; Walmart Thefts; Utility Pole Struck

Marijuana Possession

• Emanuel Torres-Ramirez, 20, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for an outstanding felony warrant and possession of marijuana while under 21 years of age at about 6 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of South Pearl Street.

Drug Possession/Warrant 

• Cabel J. Binion, 25, Mossyrock, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and heroin and for two outstanding felony warrants at about 12:40 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Cherry Street and Silver Street.

 

Chehalis Police Department

Restraining Order Violation

• Randy M. Lentz, 57, Napavine, was arrested and released after allegedly violating a restraining order in the 100 block of Northeast Hampe Way around 2:50 p.m. Wednesday. 

Walmart Thefts

• John S. Williams, 37, Chehalis, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for second-degree theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. 

• Two 15-year-old girls from Rochester and Chehalis were arrested and released for third-degree theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart at about

12:04 p.m. Wednesday.

• Debbie L. Acuna, 55, Centralia, was arrested and released for third-degree theft after allegedly stealing from Walmart at about 3:57 p.m. Wednesday.  

 

Lewis County Sheriff’s Office 

Meth Possession 

• Brian Michael Hull, 32, Chehalis, and Dena M. Moris, 44, Onalaska, were arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act in the 100 block of Jeffries Road. Deputies found meth in the car after the two slid off the road and into the ditch at about noon Thursday.

Totaled

• A 20-year-old woman from Toledo was driving a 2001 Ford F250 on Wednesday at approximately 3:25 p.m. when she lost control of her vehicle, crossed the road and hit a mailbox and tree before coming to a stop in a ditch. The vehicle was totaled, but the driver was not injured. The accident took place in the 600 block of Smokey Valley Road. The driver was cited for speeding too fast for conditions.

Utility Pole Struck

• On Wednesday at 7:55 p.m. in the 2700 block of Highway 603 in Winlock, a 17-year-old girl was traveling southbound when she attempted to maneuver a corner and lost control of the vehicle. The driver overcorrected and went into the oncoming lane of traffic then entered a ditch east of the road backward and hit a utility pole with the rear end of her vehicle. There were two passengers in the vehicle, both 17 and from Winlock. No injuries were reported and the driver was cited for speeding too fast for conditions.
