A Level 2 sex offender has indicated he plans to live as a transient in the Lewis County area by registering with the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
A news release says Sheldon M. Moren was convicted 1989 on two counts of indecent liberties: the sexual molestation of a 9-year-old boy in Lewis County and the sexual molestation of a 9-year-old girl in Thurston County.
Since then, Moren, 50, has been convicted on several non-sexual acts of violence, the sheriff’s office says.
Becker is described a white male with brown hair, hazel eyes, and 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds.
