Arbor Health’s Randle Clinic is offering a free tobacco cessation class, scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 19.
Respiratory Therapist Colleen Smith will lead the class.
“Every cigarette you smoke takes 14 minutes away from your life and while smokeless tobacco is less lethal, it is a far cry from being safe,” Smith said in a statement.
