The Port of Centralia adopted its 2019 budget on Nov. 7, and set two levies for 2019.
The port budgeted for $13,465,083 in total expenses. Capital expenditures makes up the largest part of the port’s budget at $11,243,000.
The port projects its revenue will total $19,797,047 in 2019. The revenue is composed of grant/loan sources ($7,119,532), operating revenues ($825,495) and non-operational revenues ($11,852,020).
The Port of Centralia commission set the 2019 tax levy as well as the 2019 Industrial Development District levy — the levy that will fund the utilities for Centralia Station. Both levies are set at $0.45 per $1,000.
