Lewis County Solid Waste is now offering vouchers for county residents to dispose of up to 1,000 pounds of residential debris free of charge.
The vouchers will be valid for 30 days after they are issued, and can be obtained at www.vouchers.lewiscountywa.gov. Paper applications are provided at the Central Transfer Station and East Lewis County Transfer Station.
Renters must provide a rental agreement or utility bill to prove residency. Owners of multiple properties may only obtain a single voucher. Only one voucher is valid per load or trip. Debris must not include tires washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, stoves/ovens, refrigerators, freezers, computers, computer monitors or televisions.
