There will be an estimated 47 parcels up for grabs in January after the Board of Lewis County Commissioners approved a tax foreclosure sale that will for the first time be held online.
All of the properties have a tax lien for unpaid taxes.
Laura Rider, with the Lewis County Treasurer’s Office, said the sale will be held online from 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, to 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26. The number of parcels for sale may still change, according to Rider.
The properties will be listed online at lewiscountywa.gov/treasurer at a later date. More information is also available by calling the office at 360-740-1115.
