The Lewis County Public Health and Social Services department has announced the following closures of its public immunization clinic in downtown Chehalis.
The clinic will be closed Thursday, March 29; Tuesday, April 3; Thursday, April 5; and Tuesday, April 10.
The closures are due to a temporary staffing shortage, according to a news release from the department.
The clinic’s standard hours of operation of 9 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays will resume on April 12. For more information or questions call 360-740-1222.
