A level three sex offender has indicated he will live as a transient in Thurston County by registering with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

Korey A. Falk, 37, pleaded guilty in 1990 to first-degree child rape and first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 104 weeks of confinement, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office. The conviction stemmed from Falk, between the ages of 10 and 14, sexually assaulting his half sister.

In 1991, Falk pleaded guilty to first-degree child rape for sexually assaulting a 7-year-old boy at age 14, according to the sheriff’s office. He was sentenced to 21 weeks confinement.

In 1995, Falk again pleaded guilty to third-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 48 months of confinement, according to the sheriff’s office. The guilty plea stemmed from Falk, at age 18, having consensual sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Falk is described as a 6-foot-2 white man who weighs approximately 250 pounds, according to the sheriff’s office.

A community notification is required by state law when a sex offender is either considered high risk to reoffend or registers to live as a transient. Falk is not wanted by law enforcement.
