Kevin Caserta, M.D. — a community member, physician and Providence caregiver — was named site administrator of Providence Centralia Hospital.

“He is well known for his compassion as a caregiver and excellent leadership in his role as chief medical officer,” said Providence Southwest Chief Executive Medrice Coluccio. “I am pleased to have Kevin step into this administrator role at Providence Centralia Hospital.”

According to a press release from Providence, Caserta will remain chief medical officer for Providence Southwest Washington acute ministries (Providence St. Peter and Providence Centralia hospitals).

Caserta will replace Jill Cooper. Cooper served many years as vice president of quality for Providence in Southwest Washington and site administrator of Providence Centralia. Cooper was recently named Providence St. Joseph health vice president of high reliability and safety.
