Though incumbent Chehalis City Councilman Terry Harris was leading against challenger Jerry Lord Tuesday, Lord took the lead Wednesday and expanded it with a further vote count Thursday.
Lord has 181 votes to Harris’ 169 after the third round of votes were counted Thursday. The next vote count will be released Friday.
In the other Chehalis Council races, Daryl Lund, Anthony Ketchum and Isaac Pope all ran uncontested in their respective districts.
