Vancouver Woman to Talk About Weightlifting at Luncheon

Judy Glenney, Vancouver, Washington, will be speaking about the sport of weightlifting during a luncheon for women at noon Monday, March 11, at the Centralia Church of the Nazarene.

Glenney was a four-time national weightlifting champion and five-time national masters champion. She has traveled throughout the world officiating weightlifting and has been an Olympics judge in weightlifting.

Also on the menu is Roxanne Armstrong, Centralia, who will be performing “Anchored Melodies.” Armstrong has studied opera, and is a former middle and high school choir teacher. She owns Hub Music in Centralia.
