Thanksgiving
Immanuel Lutheran Church in Centralia has scheduled a free Thanksgiving dinner for the community from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thanksgiving Day at the church at 1209 N. Scheuber Road. Transportation is provided. If you need a ride, call 360-736-9270. The first 100 families will also receive free homemade sweetbread.
St. Francis Mission in Toledo will have a free Thanksgiving dinner at 1 p.m. Thanksgiving Day at the church at 139 Spencer Road in Toledo. RSVP by calling the parish office 360-864-4126.
Gather Church will begin delivering meals at 11 a.m. Thanksgiving Day to homeless community members or people who can’t leave home to go to Thanksgiving events. Gather Church’s cafe will serve a Thanksgiving meal at 1 p.m. at its cafe at 408 W. Main Street. To request a delivery or get involved, call 360-827-0264.
