The Washington State Garlic Fest features all things garlic, including garlic beer, garlic smoked brisket, garlic gorgonzola fries, garlic butter and more. Several bands will grace the stages at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds to entertain the throngs of garlic lovers at the unique festival. Local chefs will also demo how to cook succulent recipes with garlic, and vendors will arrive by the dozen to offer more food than you could possibly choose from. The Boys and Girls Club of Chehalis is proud to be a part of The Washington State Garlic Festival this year.
