The next meeting of the Chehalis River Basin Flood Authority is scheduled for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23 at the Thurston County Commissioners board room in building 1 at 2000 Lakeridge Dr. SW in Olympia.
Items on the agenda include discussion and a presentation on “proposed dam structure,” regarding a proposal for a water-retention facility near Pe Ell on the Chehalis River; updates on flood warning systems; local projects and other items.
