Runners head through Packwood during a fun run as part of the 2017 Packwood Mountain Festival
The Chehalis Knights of Columbus will sponsor what they hope will be their first annual Knights Day Run on Sept. 14 at Fort Borst Park in Centralia.
The 1-mile or 5K run/walk starts at 9 a.m., with onsite registration starting at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $25 for the 5K or $30 on the day of the race and $15 for the 1-mile race or $20 the day of.
Registration includes a T-shirt. Awards and a drawing for prizes begins at 10 a.m.
Proceeds go to the Chehalis Knights of Columbus scholarship fund and the Special Olympics.
