Mike Parsons, the incumbent, is in second place with 38.95 percent of the vote, or 37 total votes. Jason Rayfield is in third place with 17.89 percent of votes, or 17 total votes. One write-in vote was received.
The top two candidates will advance to the November general election. The ballot count will be updated Wednesday afternoon.
