Harrison Avenue Construction Work Rescheduled Due to Weather

Due to adverse weather conditions, planned Harrison Avenue traffic revisions have been pushed back by a week or possibly more, according to Washington State Department of Transportation officials.

Bart Treece, WSDOT Southwest Region communications manager, said the department is working with the contractor on the project to get a firm timetable.

Earlier this week, WSDOT announced planned nightly closures of the Interstate 5 ramps at Harrison Avenue as part of its ongoing efforts to complete collector distributor lanes along both sides of the freeway.
