Elected Lewis County Prosecutor Michael Golden appears in court Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, as a witness following claims by defense attorney Jonathan Meyer that Golden used his relationship with a juvenile defendant’s mother to influence the outcome of a case. Visiting Judge Gary Tabor called it “an embarrassing situation” but denied the motion to dismiss the juvenile’s arson case.
