A sex offender in Thurston County recently registered as transient, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
Robin A. Wills, who is also known as Robin A. Degollado, 27, is registered as a level 1 sex offender — the classification designated for offenders least likely to reoffend. A notice is distributed anytime an offender registers as transient, according to TCSO.
Wills pleaded guilty Aug. 24, 2011, to one count of third-degree rape of a child in Cowlitz County Superior Court. Wills was sentenced to one year and one day’s confinement. The conviction stems from Wills, at the age of 19, sexually assaulting a known 14-year-old male.
Wills is described as a white woman, standing 5-feet, 5-inches, weighing 195 pounds and with brown hair and hazel eyes.
