Three Run After Car Hits Centralia Residence

Three occupants of a vehicle that ran into a house north of Centralia early Saturday morning fled the scene of the crash, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, but one was later found after seeking medical treatment.

The crash was reported at 2:21 a.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of North Pearl Street. A 2009 Dodge Challenger was seriously damaged after striking the house and a light pole.

Three occupants of the vehicle fled the scene. Two have not yet been apprehended, according to the sheriff’s office. A third — a 33-year-old male whose city of residence is not known — was contacted by deputies after he sought medical care for minor injuries at an area hospital.

No arrests were made. The incident is still under investigation.
